Red Spider are proud of our workshop and field service capability. We have developed and applied an integrated approach whereby our workshop and field engineers operate as part of a single team.

This means that the technician who tested and assembled a tool in our workshop may be the same engineer who runs it in the field. This not only gives us ownership but also special problem-solving abilities in the field from technicians who have intimate detailed knowledge of our equipment.

It also means that field experiences are brought back to the workshop to ensure that lessons are learnt and acted upon to ensure that we continue to improve our performance.
