Dual Zone Injection Management System

What is it ?

The Red Spider Dual Zone Injection Management System can either be tubing mounted or intervention deployed. The concept behind the system is to allow injection into two separate zones which are isolated from each other via the tubing. The device can be set up to deliver injection into each zone but to “check” should any backflow occur. This provides the operator with a cost effective system which, not only acts as an automatic safety system for each zone independently, but also as a means of preventing cross-flow between the two zones when injection is suspended.

The device can be configured to complement any tubing/ casing combination and supplied in a metalurgy to suit any well conditions.

When would I use it ?

The device is intended for use in applications where:

• A cost effective solution for an intelligent completion is required for an injection well
• A independent “automatic” safety device is required for a dual zone injection well
• Where the prevention of cross-flow is required between two zones in a dual zone injection well
