The role of management is to support the business by creating an environment in which a positive, pioneering and high performing team can flourish. This means enabling easy communication across the business to ensure clarity on strategy, objectives and roles. This role is not restricted to our internal activities though but extends to dealings with clients, suppliers and other parties to ensure alignment of effort towards common goals.
