Here at Red Spider Operations we have a dedicated team of highly trained personnel who take pride in their work and are as committed to making your well a success as you are.

Our Field Engineers follow our products from the development stage right through to the installation, wherever it may be around the globe. This not only gives us ownership, but also special problem-solving abilities in the field from people who have intimate detailed knowledge of our equipment.

It also means that field experiences are brought back to the workshop to ensure that lessons are learnt and acted upon to ensure that we continue to improve our performance for the benefit of not only ourselves, but our customers.

The acid test for Red Spider is how well our products perform in the field. This is ensured by first obtaining a sound understanding of our customers' requirements, applying excellence in product design and manufacture, and finally by ensuring that equipment is properly serviced and operated in the field.

Onshore support is supplied whenever and wherever our products are run. This may be for simple technical advice prior to installation, troubleshooting or guidance in the event of last minute well changes. We can provide training on our products to customers or third party contractors whether we are on location or if equipment is to be run without a Red Spider presence on site.
